Join us for an immersive hands-on workshop exploring the incredible versatility of lime in building and restoration. Learn about lime pointing, plastering, and natural lime-based paints and discover the benefits of hemp-lime construction. Gain expert insights into health, safety, and site-specific best practices. This event will celebrate traditional craftsmanship vital for maintaining Scotland’s historic buildings as well as opportunity for local supply chains based on use of low impact construction techniques.

N.B. spaces are limited. Parking on site is limited, and we ask attendees to car share or use public transport where possible.

Suitable PPE and clothing must be worn: safety glasses, gloves, long sleave and full leg clothing, full shoe (no soft shell), hair tied back, double layer of gloves (rubber and natural gloves) , safety goggles.
