Webinar | General legal update – current construction issues
This online event will be looking at current legal issues that are currently having an impact on the construction industry.
The Yorkshire Regional Committee have organised a free event by construction lawyer, Anjon Mallik, who is a partner in the law firm Hill Dickinson. Anjon has over 25 years’ experience of advising companies in the construction sector and has particular expertise in handling delay and disruption claims, issues relating to defective work and loss and expense actions, as well as interim and final account disputes. Anjon has also been involved in a number of cases relating to allegations of professional negligence by architects and engineers.
At our online event, Anjon will be reviewing some of the recent cases, the role of the Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act and an overview of dispute resolution.
