Tipperary | ROI Centre General Business Meeting Event

Region/Centre 12 pm-10 pm, 13 May 2023
Republic of Ireland Centre

The Republic of Ireland Centre is delighted to invite you to the General Business Meeting (GBM) Event including trade show, CPDs and networking dinner.

This year's event, centrally located in the Munster province, is bigger than ever with leading industry sponsors who will provide product information and CPD presentations on the day.

Speakers & guests
We are delighted to confirm that CIAT Membership Director and ATR Registrar, James Banks, will be in attendance to discuss the Architectural Technologists' Register (ATR). The shadow register is being launched on 1 May 2023 and James will provide an update to the membership on how to register, next steps for statutory registration etc.

We are also delighted to host President Elect, Eddie Weir MCIAT PPCIAT who will be attending the weekend event and hosting the GBM dinner. As you will no doubt be aware, Eddie will be the first President in the history of the Institute to be re-elected to serve a second term as President from November 2023.

Summary of proceedings
The day will commence with arrival and registration with refreshments from 12:00 with the General Business Meeting, featuring a presentation on the ATR, from 12:30. Following a light lunch in the Trade Lobby, there will be CPD presentations from the leading industry sponsors. The day will then conclude with a networking dinner in the hotel, which is open to partners, guests etc.
