AT CPD Register application form

All CPD providers must complete the application form below. Applications will be reviewed by CIAT. Acceptance or non-acceptance for entry onto the AT CPD Register will be communicated to the applicant within 28 days. Please ensure that all information is accurate as it will be used for the Register.

The AT CPD Register is updated as appropriate and reviewed annually.

By submtting this form you are applying to have your course assessed and will incur a non-refundable administration fee of £30 plus VAT.

The total cost of CPD course(s) provided by educational establishments is priced at £636 with a renewal price of £225 (incl. VAT). For other organisations the price is £936 with a renewal price of £350 (incl. VAT). This includes the price of a non-refundable administration fee of £30 (plus VAT). Please note that the prices quoted are per course.
