CIAT joins the Environmental Policy Forum

We’re pleased to announce that the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) has joined the Environmental Policy Forum (EPF).

The EPF brings together leading professional bodies across the environmental sector to collaborate and help shape effective environmental policy in the UK. The Institute looks forward to contributing to and supporting informed, evidence-based environmental policy.

Tara Page, Chief Executive said:

Chartered Architectural Technologists are committed to creating homes, buildings and places that meet the needs of our communities now and in the future. Delivering sustainability and resilience is integral to that commitment.

But Architectural Technology professionals do not work in isolation. That’s why CIAT is pleased to be joining the Environmental Policy Forum, and working with fellow Professional Institutes and learned societies to advocate for a policy landscape that recognises sustainability and resilience as the foundations of flourishing communities and a thriving country.

Professor William Pope FIEnvSci HonFSE CEnv CSci, EPF Chair, said:

We are really pleased to welcome the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) to the forum – the leading professional membership and qualifying body for Architectural Technology. The EPF now encompasses sixteen professional bodies and learned societies, collectively representing around 170,000 qualified professionals. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing across a range of disciplines, our expanding membership will inform and amplify our work in advocating for evidence-based environmental policy.
