*My CPD platform
We are aware of an issue with the My CPD platform following the recent updates to our website and system.

What’s happening?
There has been a mismatch in how CPD hours were being recorded, due to the system using the incorrect term dates (1 January – 31 December) rather than our actual CPD term dates (1 May – 30 April).

What we’ve done
We have updated the system so that all new CPD activities will now be saved using the correct term dates. This will ensure your future CPD records are accurate.

What you need to know
Past CPD entries may still show under the incorrect date range. We are working with our technical partners to find a solution for these historic records.

To avoid confusion, we have placed a notice on the My CPD page explaining the issue while we work on a fix. We know this is not ideal and we are making it a top priority to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
