Survey | Professional body support for maternity career breaks in the construction industry

A Masters student at Leeds Beckett University is undertaking a research project regarding professional body support for maternity career breaks in the construction industry. In particular, the study aims to investigate wider issues concerning women’s return to construction industry professions after maternity leave.

Part of the study  hopes to capture the individual experiences of women who have taken maternity leave while holding membership of an industry professional body. 

The aims of the project are to support the development of member maternity policy for construction industry professional bodies.
