Volunteer Coach opportunity with The Access Project

The Access Project are currently looking for volunteers to support as online coaches for young people aged 16 to 18.

The opportunity focuses on providing skills-based coaching to young people aged 16 to 18 years old. The opportunity asks for only one hour a month of a volunteers' time across six months, running from January until June 2025. Training and onboarding is available over the autumn months.

No prior experience is necessary, as a comprehensive online training and onboarding process helps all volunteers establish pedagogical knowledge, confidence and access to bespoke resources. All volunteers benefit from tailored ongoing support from professional staff throughout their time on the programme, enabling them to be inspirational coaches for young people.

The Volunteer Coach role is for professionals who would like to use their skills and experience to help a young person's professional development, and for those who are looking to build upon their own skillset and knowledge.

This is a prime opportunity to pay your own experience forward and help a young person achieve their full potential and be ready for their next steps into education and future careers.
