BREEAM is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for a sustainable built environment, supporting solutions to net-zero carbon, whole life performance, health and social impacts, circularity and resilience, biodiversity, and disclosures and reporting.
Developed by industry experts, the BREEAM Foundations course provides an overview of the scheme and the sustainability issues it addresses, highlighting their importance and the value they add to the built environment. It also briefly introduces you to the BREEAM assessment process, and the tools and resources that can support BREEAM projects.
