This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to become a licensed BREEAM International New Construction Assessor. This enables you to drive sustainability by assessing and delivering New Construction BREEAM certified projects internationally.

BREEAM International New Construction focuses on mitigating the environmental impacts and improving the performance of new buildings internationally.

This latest version of the scheme (V7.1) is the first modular update across multiple BREEAM schemes, focusing on updating and aligning the energy and carbon science.

Aligning with industry objectives on decarbonisation, this updated scheme requires reductions in operational, embodied, refrigerant, and transportation emissions addressing whole life carbon across the building lifecycle.

The trajectory to net zero will be more streamlined with BREEAM International New Construction V7.1, rewarding buildings in their transition away from fossil fuels.
