BREEAM NC | Existing Assessor Cross-skill | INT to UK

This course allows qualified International New Construction V7.1 assessors to become qualified in the UK version of this scheme. It builds on the knowledge already gained from either the NC V7.1 | New Assessor, or NC V7.1 | Version Update training courses, and completing these is a prerequisite to this course.

This course allows qualified International New Construction V7.1 assessors to become qualified in the UK version of this scheme. Although the New Construction V7.1 scheme is highly aligned between UK and International versions, International assessors must familiarise themselves with the differences in the Health and Wellbeing, and Land Use and Ecology environmental categories to successfully assess UK assets.

This course builds on the knowledge already gained from either the NC V7.1 | New Assessor, or NC V7.1 | Version Update training courses, and completing these is a prerequisite to this course. At the end of the course, learners will take the UK NC V7.1 new assessor exam to qualify.
