BREEAM NC | Existing Assessor Cross-skill | UK to INT

This course allows qualified UK New Construction V7.1 assessors to become qualified in the International version of this scheme. It builds on the knowledge already gained from either the NC V7.1 | New Assessor, or NC V7.1 | Version Update training courses, and completing these is a prerequisite to this course.

This course allows qualified UK New Construction V7.1 assessors to become qualified in the International version of this scheme. Although the New Construction V7.1 scheme is highly aligned between UK and International versions, UK assessors must familiarise themselves with key differences in the technical criteria, and with the Approved Standards List to successfully assess International assets.

This course builds on the knowledge already gained from either the NC V7.1 | New Assessor, or NC V7.1 | Version Update training courses, and completing these is a prerequisite to this course. At the end of the course, learners will take the International NC V7.1 new assessor exam to qualify.
