Chartered Architectural Technologist joins founding team of new land and development consultancy

Mito Land’s founding directors are Toby Lambert MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with a background in residential land transactions, and Michael Margereson, a development consultant with broad expertise across commercial and residential planning.

Philip has over 20 years experience in residential design, urban planning, and masterplanning, having worked with AJ100 firms, and major UK housebuilders such as Hopkins Homes.

Mito Land’s launch coincides with increasing government focus on housing delivery, including a target of 1.5 million new homes and support for SME housebuilders through initiatives such as the Home Building Fund Extension, Housing Guarantees, and the Greener Homes Alliance.

The consultancy will operate across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
