Consultation: Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill: reforms to national planning policy (closing date – 2 March 2023)

Your views invited.

The Department for Levelling-up and Regeneration is seeking views on its proposed approach to updating the National Planning Policy Framework.

In addition, the Department is also seeking views on its proposed approach to preparing National Development Management Policies, how it might develop policy to support levelling up, and how national planning policy is currently accessed by users.

CIAT is seeking views from members and affiliates to support its response to this consultation.
