CIAT has been advised of a consultation regarding the Government Green Paper: Transforming Public Procurement. The proposals in this paper are intended to shape the future of public procurement for many years to come. The goal of Government is to speed up and simplify the process, ensure value for money and provide opportunity for small businesses, charities and social enterprises to innovate in public service delivery.
