UKGBC Technical Advisory Group – applications open

The UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) is inviting applications from industry professionals to join a new Technical Advisory Group, which will review selected UKGBC guidance and technical reports ahead of its 20th anniversary.

UKGBC is seeking participants in two cohorts:

  • Technical experts with more than five years’ experience in a relevant topic area
  • Forward-thinking early-career professionals with two to five years’ industry experience

Applicants should have experience or a strong interest in at least one of the following areas: climate change mitigation; climate change adaptation and resilience; nature; resource use; or health, wellbeing and social value.

Participants will help review existing guidance for technical accuracy and relevance, identify where updates may be needed, and support the development and dissemination of any amendments.

The programme will run from November 2026 to June 2027, with an anticipated commitment of around 10 hours over the eight-month period.

Applications close on 23 October 2026.
