This course focuses on mitigating the environmental impacts and improving the performance of new builds in the UK.
It enables existing BREEAM Assessors to understand the BREEAM UK New Construction scheme in terms of technical content and application, allowing you to extend your skills to carry out BREEAM assessments on UK new builds.
Successfully completing this course will allow you to apply to become a BREEAM UK New Construction assessor.
This course is only available to existing licensed BREEAM Assessors from UK BREEAM Non-Domestic schemes.
