This includes detailing how to obtain the collect level of detail for correct programme management, how to protect stakeholders with accurate submissions, and how to sub-divide the contract into manageable elements from design concept to completion.
This 1-day online course will take delegates on a journey from project concept, contract execution, construction and completion. Delegates will gain an understanding of the importance of progamme management and will focus on best practice for:
