CIAT has been advised of a consultation on BS 7000-4: Design management systems. Guide to managing design in construction.

The importance of design management has increased dramatically, and one of its major elements is the ability to manage people and process within a team environment that rely on information. The growing industry need to reduce waste and errors whilst improving the need to collaborate and manage information management processes better is increasing the need for consistency in design management function. As a result, it is important that BS 7000-4 remains useful and up to-date.
