Consultation: Proposed changes to Energy Standards and associated topics – Scotland only (closing date – Friday 26 November 2021)

Your views invited.

CIAT has been advised of a consultation on the proposed changes to Energy Standards, as well as views on proposals for the installation of electric vehicle charge points in parking spaces for new residential buildings, and new and existing non-residential buildings. Please note that this consultation applies to Scotland only.

To support the consultation and enable designers and developers assess what the changes mean for building projects, the updated consultation versions of SAP and SBEM have now been released, and the calculation tools can be accessed at the links below:

Your responses can be sent directly to the Scottish Government, and the deadline for this is now 26 November 2021.
